Features and dimensions

The cutting block is made of 100% solid European oak, treated with our special FoodCare Oil . The COOKX logo is engraved on the bottom right of the cutting block. The dimensions of the oak worktop are: 50 x 34 x 1.4 cm.

After cutting, be sure to wipe the work surface first with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth . Otherwise, the wood pores will open and protrude slightly. Also, don't allow moisture to absorb into the surface for too long. Use Food Care Oil for maintenance. This nourishes the wood and prevents it from absorbing moisture as quickly.
